Frequently asked questions
NEURAC Therapy Basic is the recommended starting point. It introduces the principles of NEURAC testing and treatment and prepares you for the advanced course pathway.
Webinars provide an introduction to a clinical topic or the Redcord methodology. Courses follow a structured learning and certification pathway, while workshops focus on practical applications within a specific clinical field.
Redcord equipment is not required for most webinars. Practical courses and workshops require access to the appropriate Redcord equipment, with specialized workshops requiring a Redcord Workstation.
The NEURAC Therapy pathway leading to CNP certification is delivered in person. Selected workshops may be delivered through a hybrid cohort combining online learning with locally supervised practical training.
The NEURAC Therapy pathway consists of Therapy Basic → Therapy Advanced → Therapy Pro → CNP Certification. Participants must complete the required course levels and successfully complete the CNP certification process.
Therapy Basic is the starting level. Therapy Advanced and Therapy Pro require completion of the previous course level. Specialized workshops require a minimum of NEURAC Therapy Basic unless otherwise stated.
Participants receive a certificate after successfully completing the requirements of the relevant course or workshop. The type of certificate depends on the program and level completed.
Course languages depend on the country, instructor, and delivery format. Local courses may be delivered in the local language, while international programs will specify the available teaching language.
Yes. Clinics, hospitals, universities, and rehabilitation centers can request a private course or workshop for their team, subject to instructor availability, participant numbers, and equipment requirements.
The instructor pathway is available to experienced NEURAC practitioners who meet the required clinical, educational, and certification criteria. Applications are reviewed by Redcord Global Academy in cooperation with the relevant local partner.
