Put Redcord to the test
A reporter from Swedish TV4 recently visited Wellness corner and their Redcord Neurac instructor Ninni Norberg, to learn more about Redcord. For 40 minutes the reporter was tested with the Redcord Neurac method. Ninni explains in the video clip about Redcord:
- This is a gentle way to exercise your body. Especially if you are in pain. Elastic cords are used as support during the exercises. It sort of feels like lying in water, says the therapist.
The instructor continues by explaining about week links and who deep muscles are turned off by pain causing pain in various parts of your body.
- Even healthy people ought to examine their weak areas in their bodies. When muscles are inactive, you tend to get pain and reduced function. Not just in your back, but in yourfeet, knees and joints as well. The goal of Redcord training and treatment is to build and strength and balance in these muscles.
After thorough testing, the conclusion is that the reporter needs to focus on several weak links, especially around her torso, to avoid pain and reduced body functions in the future.
