Get a flat stomach without sit-ups


Dagbladet_god torsdag_23An instructor at one of Norways largest gyms explains 8 great ways to get a flat stomach - without doing hundreds of sit-ups. She can promise you results within two weeks.

- Hundreds of sit-ups is a waste of time, says Anne Marte Sneve at S.A.T.S Nydalen in Oslo.

In an article in the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet (23th of july, 2011), she shows you 8 great ways that wil give you better results over a shorter period of time - with a Redcord Mini.
