Strong with slings, sling exercises for runners



The Norwegian magazine, Birkebeiner’n no 3 2011, states the following: ”A runner is exposed to injuries . By adding sling exercises to your workout, a lot of injuries can be prevented. Sling exercises is smart and effective training both for enhanced performance and injury prevention”. The magazine has included several exercises in Redcord. (Norwegian language)
