The Norwegian jr. champion in gymnastics Lars Planke (18) healed a painfull shoulder before winning 4 cup titles in 2011. Now he is training to stay in shape.
Lars Planke performed a stunning conclusion to the Norwegian Cup in gymnastics for juniors in 2011. He was the winner of all four cup competitions and won 5 gold and 1 silver medal in the apparatus finals in the last competition. He gives prevention training with Redcord much of the honor for his success.
