Back on track with slings


The Norwegian health Magazine ”Bedre Helse” writes about the good results Redcord exercises have for women with pelvic pain.
 
The Norwegian Physiotherapist Britt Stuge has studied pelvic pain. “The challenge is to find exercises that do not provoke pain” she explains. She found her solution in Redcord exercises.
